We are delighted to share with you the exciting news that Lauren Pullen has been appointed Wiser Academy’s director of operations. Reporting directly to CEO, Crescens George, Lauren will help him further enhance our offer and outcomes for the sector, our clients and learners. Principally, Lauren’s focus will be on taking up the reins of our core operations, ensuring we maintain our high standards and freeing up Crescens to grow the business.
Our continued success mirrors our enhanced reputation for excellence in increasing the flow of talented new and experienced professionals into the insurance sector. We’ve also been successful in helping established and fast-growing insurance firms in boosting their own homegrown talent. The unwavering, continued support of our fantastic clients, the hard work by our brilliant learners, and the expertise and care of our outstanding trainers have all been crucial to the success of our mission
As we move towards our next thrilling chapter, we aim to enhance the value we add in our core offer. Lauren will play a pivotal part in ensuring that the team maintain the award-winning and Ofsted-rated ‘outstanding’ standards for which we’ve built a strong reputation. A key pillar of our strategy is to build specialist academies, carving out bespoke learning pathways and offering excellence in learning across specific key insurance disciplines. Initially, these will be:
- Account Executive Academy
- Claims Academy
- Underwriting Academy
- Broking Academy
- Law Academy
- Insurance leadership Academy
Crescens will be responsible for building the robust curriculum and bespoke tailored programmes which will truly equip learners for their chosen career paths, adding real value to their firms and the wider insurance sector.
With her depth of experience on training provision and overseeing ESFA/Ofsted compliance, Lauren is driven by providing and preserving the highest quality training.
She is also clear that an important aspect of her role will be supporting our exceptional staff, helping to increase opportunities for their growth.
